Prime-Line's 3/4 inch x 3/8 inch .020 Roll Formed Screen Frame is designed for sliding aluminum windows. It's manufactured with a slight camber to provide tension and prevent wrinkles in the screen fabric. This frame accepts up to .185 vinyl spline and uses miter cut screen corners. Available in white, 146 inches long, and white finish, 72 inches long. The spline channel measures 0.165 inches wide. Recommended for use with 0.185 serrated vinyl spline and fiberglass or aluminum screen mesh. It comes with 3/4 inch x 3/8 inch stamped aluminum miter cut corners, and square cut corners are also available. Ideal for creating screens for sliding aluminum windows.
